Health and Personal Hygiene
- Medication - This must be handed in to the camp leader or first aider on arrival. It must be labelled with the child's name. Please ensure all medication is mentioned on the medication form.
- Wash kit - Tooth brush, Tooth paste, Sponge/Flannel, Soap, Hair brush/comb
- Towel
- Sun cream and lip balm
- Handkerchiefs

- Torch (with spare batteries)
- Sleeping bag

- 1 Large Cake or 6 Small Cakes (to be handed in to a leader/kitchen tent at the beginning of the camp so it can be shared)

Each young person is responsible for their own kit.
We recommend that the young person packs their own kit (so they know where everything is in their bags).
